3. Private pilot

Fauj is a free private pilot, provided "as is". It may have bugs, change, pause or end. We'll try to give notice and a way to export your data before ending the pilot. Fauj is a tool for organising training. It does not give medical, health, nutrition or physiotherapy advice, and Ninaavi does not check plans for safety. Your trainer creates your plan and is responsible for it. Before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have an injury or a health condition, or are pregnant, talk to a qualified doctor. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or breathlessness. In an emergency call 112.
